The Dania Ship Management organization is responsible for the management of all vessels in our fleet, be it owned or bareboat chartered by our customers. We serve a number of clients, all requiring a high standard of operation. The management of these vessels includes all technical matters together with all crewing related activities. The core of our activities is a safe and reliable operation. We provide our management on competitive terms and ensure that key points to the chemical industry are efficiently implemented in our daily work.

The organization is infused by our safety culture, which is spread across the company, at sea or ashore, through conferences, meetings and messages and last but not least, through our global safety day every year.

Dania Ship Management Document of Compliance is issued by LR and BV current on behalf of the following flag states:

ISM

All vessels are ISM-certified. The “International Safety Management (ISM) Code” means the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention as adopted by the Assembly of IMO. The purpose of this Code is to provide an international standard for the safe management and operation of ships and for pollution prevention. The objectives of the Code are to ensure safety at sea, prevention of human injury or loss of life, and avoidance of damage to the environment, in particular, to the marine environment, and to property.
